1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
During high-demand periods (such as new releases or holiday seasons), processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and support.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. Signed Books
All signed book orders are hand-packed with care and may take slightly longer to process. We will keep you updated via email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
4. Digital Products
Digital items (eBooks, printables, downloads) are delivered instantly or within minutes of purchase to the email address you provide. If you do not receive your digital item, please check your spam folder or contact us at verdantvoyagepub@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances once your package has left our hands. If your tracking number shows a delay or issue, please first contact the shipping carrier.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at verdantvoyagepub@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund if appropriate.
7. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
