Verdant Voyage Publishing – Return & Refund Policy

Physical Books (Unsigned):
We accept returns of unused and undamaged physical books within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Signed Books:
Because signed copies are personalized and limited, all signed book sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

Digital Products (eBooks, Printables, Downloads):
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at info@verdantvoyagepub.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit or sent in error.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
